Process:
1. View our extensive range of product categories.
2. Once you’ve found what you wanted, click the product image.
3. Key in the number of items you’d like to buy, then click the "Order" button.
4. Click the "Buy Now" button to confirm the order shown in your "PayDollar PayCart", then sign in the account (for MTR Souvenir Corner only) to fill in the Personal Information and choose whether to collect your purchases in person or have them posted to you (postal deliveries will be subject to additional postage and packaging fees) , then click "Next" button.
5. Check the order and click "Confirm" button
6. Fill up credit card information and click "Submit" to proceed the payment
7. Upon completion of the transaction, we will send you an email “Order Confirmation” for collection shortly.
8. If you do not receive the “Order Confirmation”, you can print the copy of “Order History” for collection. Moreover, you can also check your order which was placed in the pass 3 months in “Order History” after sign in.。
Ordering
• Upon our receipt of your order, an order reference number would be automatically generated for further order processing
• Your order is deemed to be accepted at the time we send you the Order Confirmation through e-mail specifying the order reference number, total price debited from your credit card account and date of delivery or date of self pick -up, subject to your choice of delivery.
Payment
• To pay the order, simply choose your payment method on the secure online order form.
Delivery
• If your order cannot be successfully delivered, we will inform you by e-mail. All delivery is done by Hong Kong Post with tracking number.
Refund / Replacement of Damaged Order
• If you find your order damaged upon delivery, please promptly inform us by email.
• To refund / replace your damaged goods, you are required to return the damaged goods and the related Delivery Note for our inspection.
• Goods will be replaced once only. We reserve the right to reject any request for refund or replacement upon inspection of the returned damaged good and the supporting documents.
General
• The submission of your order means you understand and have accepted our Online Shopping Policies. 　
• All items are available while stock lasts. No prior notice will be given if any items are sold-out.
